At Vantura, every order is prepared with care. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Retur n Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept return requests made after this period.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with a clear photograph of the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns
You may return your item within 30 days provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will guide you through the process step by step. Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
